    assigned managers and admins aren't getting the notification email of a new service request.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We have had quite a number of issues coming in and it has taken a bit of time to get through all of these

    Would you mind creating the relevant temporary login accounts I check this out as it is occurring?

    Apologies for the huge delays we have been moving house and this has negatively affected support.

    I have just logged in to your site and the service requests appear to be creating and saving as expected. Is this issue resolved? If not, would you mind walking me through some steps to reproduce this issue?
